The first International Singapore Wushu Tournament invited Scott Bird to take part in an invitational only Tournament a long side the main competition held in Singapore, December 2010.

To be involved in this tournament you had to meet one or more of the following criteria; 7th Duan or higher, current or ex national/world champion, own a famous martial arts school or have promoted Chinese martial arts to a high level internationally.

Nearly 40 high level martial artists from various styles and backgrounds took part in this prestigious event but only the top ten would be awarded.

Scott Bird was 3rd to be called up and receive the honorable plaque!
