Profile
Yong Chun White Crane

Master Yen was born June 1950 in the birth place of Fujian white crane, Yong Chun.

Master Yen has trained and studied White Crane all of his life. Two of his masters Yan Shu Bing & Zhang Hen Shan were two of Pan Xiao De’s best students.

Master Yen’s teachers did not believe just in martial arts training alone so at the same time as his White Crane training he also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and is now a Traditional Chinese bone Doctor and a member of the Traditional Chinese massage association.

He is particularly good at traditional massage, bone setting and pressure points (dim mak).

Master Yen, 6th Duan (6th degree) in Chinese Martial Arts trains his students very hard and gets the most out of you. When he thinks you are ready he will start showing you various body conditioning training and if you get injured at all don’t worry because of his Chinese medicine background he can and will treat you so you will be back training in no time.

Master Yen incorporates a lot of Isometrics into his training which used to be one of Bruce Lee’s favourite training drills because it builds great speed and punching power at different ranges.
